I have been hearing this song on the radio and every time I hear it I just think of Jake....well I think of Jake pretty much all day haha but this song just makes me think of him even more :) I am just so thankful for him and everything that he does and is willing to do for Addison and I, he is a amazing dad and husband and I couldn't ask for more! I love you babe!
