Ok so I am going to cram 2 post into one, I am so behind!!! Mother's day this year was great! It started out on Friday for me when I got flowers at work from Jake and Addi :) Jake was out of town for work so I did not get to spend time with them but they made sure I knew they were thinking of me and loved me! I spent Saturday up in Cedar with Lynn, took her out to lunch and visited and then on Sunday went to breakfast with my family and spend the day together. We got our moms Lemon Tree's :) haha I though it was such a awesome gift, a unlimited supply of lemons! You can make fresh lemonade during the summer or use them for cooking or to flavor your water....pretty much the coolest gift ever,,, I thought!
Jake was fortunate to be home on a weekend that Addi had a singing performance so we were so happy we got to go. She did so good, and she even had a solo part in one of the songs, I uploaded the video below. After her performance we went and got some lunch and headed to the fair in town. It had been a whole month since we last got to see Jake so it was so nice just spending time together as a family!
