Pioneer Day

This year for Pioneer Day I had to work so we participated in the activities on Saturday. We went to the Washington City Parade, it was small but fun. Then we spent the day just hanging out in St.George, we went to the new Carousel and played at the water park for a bit, and later made our way up to  Cedar City where we had a barbecue and lit off fireworks. We ended up spending 2 hours walking around the neighborhood helping the neighbors look for their little dog who had gotten scared at our fireworks and took off. After 2 hours we all gave up but luckily the dog had tags and someone found her 2 days later out by the dump...poor thing, we felt horrible!
