My first Mothers day was fantastic! Jake took me out to dinner on Friday night and we watched The Vow because he had to leave to work early Sunday morning. He bought me a beautiful Pandora charm bracelet with a charm for both of the girls "A" for Addi and "J" for Jaycee and then a purple jeweled one-purple is my favorite color :) and he got me my favorite lotion and perfume. Then on Saturday he wanted to clean the house so it would be one less thing I had to worry about this week as I am going back to work. On Sunday I dropped Jake off at the yard and went to Breakfast with my parents, Cade and Emalee and then just hung out at their house for the rest of the day.
Being is mom is the most wonderful gift of all this year. I remember when she was in my belly trying to imagine what it was going to be like when she was finally here. She is perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
