We had a good Easter this year. Jaycee was old enough to paint eggs and look for them which made it a lot more exciting. We got Addi this year on Tuesday and had her until Sunday, and we had so much fun. Jaycee definitely loves having her sister around, as we all do. Saturday we headed to the Arts festival. Same old same old stuff but the girls had fun, there was a kids section where they got their face's painted. We had Addi go first and Jaycee watch so that when it came to her turn she knew what was going on and she did so good. Addi got to play a violin and then also a few craft things. After we walked through the water with our shoes off which turned into both of the girls soaked head to toe, so we told them that we could come back the next day and play in our swimsuits, and that we did! They played in the water until they were exhausted! The girls both got pink camping chairs and outfits. Addi got a bucket with bubbles, a coloring book and a few treats (i really tried not to focus so much on candy this year-really hard to do) and Jaycee got a bucket with a sippy cup, a new sesame street book and a few little treats also. Click on the colages to enlargen them if you want a better look at the pictures.
We rode the merry go round and it was Jaycee's first time. It was the only second time I have rode it and I remembered exactly why....the minute it began I started getting sick, the fact that I was standing up didn't make it any better, I am suprised I actually made it through without falling over of loosing my lunch!
Some how Jaycee ended up making a "gold" egg , we also made a egg of Uncle Josh :)
We took a few pictures at the end of the day of the girls and this was turned out way cute, it is my favorite!
